Welcome to Garuda Motors. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide vehicle repair, servicing, and maintenance based on inspection and customer request. All work is done to the best of our ability using available tools and parts.

2. Estimates & Charges

Prices given are estimated and may change if additional problems are found. Any extra work will be discussed with you before proceeding, wherever possible. Final charges are as per the work completed and parts used.

3. Time & Delays

Repair time is an estimate only and may vary due to parts availability or technical issues. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibility

Please remove all personal items from the vehicle before service. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the vehicle. Inform us about any known issues or previous repairs.

5. Parts

Old or replaced parts will not be returned unless requested in advance. Parts warranty, if any, is as per the manufacturer or supplier.

6. Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of vehicle delivery. Vehicles may be held until payment is cleared. Storage charges may apply if the vehicle is not collected on time.

7. Test Drive

Test drives may be done if required for checking or completing repairs.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

 

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Personal belongings left in the vehicle

Our responsibility is limited to the repair work carried out by us.

9. Vehicle Collection

Vehicles should be collected promptly after work completion. Long-uncollected vehicles may attract parking or storage charges.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
